At Level Up Games Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your customer account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the box.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Canada Post location or courier drop-off point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
